Therapy that fits your life.

Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. Whether you've been thinking about it for months or just started considering it, you don't have to wait until you're in crisis to ask for support.

You might be dealing with anxiety that's making it difficult to switch your brain off. Maybe you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don't seem to be working anymore. You could be going through a relationship challenge, a major life change, or simply trying to understand why things have felt different lately.

At Fallow Psychotherapy, I offer individual therapy that's practical, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Every person brings a different story, goals, and experiences into therapy, so our work together will reflect that. My role is to help you better understand what's going on, explore what's keeping you stuck, and work alongside you as you navigate life's challenges.

I often work with people who are:

  • managing anxiety, stress, or constant overthinking

  • feeling overwhelmed by work, relationships, or the expectations they place on themselves

  • navigating life transitions, uncertainty, or feeling stuck

  • wanting to improve communication, boundaries, or relationships

  • balancing demanding careers, including first responders, military members, veterans, and the family members who support them

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning after some time away, my goal is to offer a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and work through whatever has brought you here.

A wooden sideboard with two cabinet doors featuring woven rattan panels and four drawers on the right side. On top of the sideboard are a potted plant with purple and white tulips, a stack of books, and a framed quote saying "so glad you're here." Behind the sideboard, the wall displays two framed abstract pictures with pinkish-brown organic shapes. The floor is dark wood, and part of a gray upholstered chair or bench is visible in the lower right corner.
